The Charleston County Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the Building Official relative to licensing and/or application and interpretation of the adopted codes. The board also determines variances and appeals regarding Stormwater Management utility fees and the Floodplain Management.
